RUSTIC CHECKING
To create this finish we select timbers that have had more weathering & wear, and have developed more character over their previous life. Only certain species of timber tend to develop the fine surface checking and patina suitable for this finish - usually Blackbutt, Ash & sometimes in the Mixed Reds.
Because of this, this finish has limited availability.
This finish is available in Blackbutt & Mixed Ash, and sometimes Mixed Reds - for Bench Tops, Tables & Doors.
