'AT HOME' & OPEN STUDIO - DESIGN CANBERRA ‘20

Design Canberra is Canberra’s annual festival of design run by CraftACT. This year Thor’s Hammer is hosting an exhibition featuring our work with other local artists, as well our Open Studio workshop tours and a closing event on November 28th.
The theme of the exhibition is At Home responding to the Design Canberra festival’s theme of ‘Care’.
At Home presents a variety of ways in which we think about our homes: places of comfort, enjoyment, escapism and imagination. We fill our homes with memories, moments and objects that inspire and delight us. Sometimes we dream about leaving our homes, and other times our homes feel like they can be packed away. At Home brings together works by makers who share a common concern for care and rigorous attention to detail in their practice.
The show features works by Thor's Hammer, Bisonhome & Brian Tunks and contemporary local artists Jacqueline Bradley, Jeremy Lepisto and The Share House Project by Stephanie Jones & Janine Mikosza.
