Rock Maple
Rock Maple flooring is an amazingly heavy duty product which comes from Europe, especially made for bowling alleys and gym floors.
USES It is extra thick and wide at 130x22mm and all the boards are the same length at 3.6m. The boards are made by perfectly dovetailing two narrower 65mm boards together for extra stability.
The boards can be given a clean or a very light sand to keep the character of the old gym markings, or they can be fully sanded back to give a light, clean appearance. Either way, it is perfect for a Scandinavian look, and would also look great with a light lime wash style finish.
