Insulated Clad Door
DESCRIPTION
The Insulated Clad Door gives the appearance of a simple series of vertical boards while still retaining the strength of a traditional mortise and tenon door. This is achieved by using a combination of full thickness stiles and internal half thickness cross rails clad with lining boards on both sides. The spaces between the cross rails are filled with highly fire resistant wood fibre insulation which gives this door extra high insulating value.
OPTIONS Decorative studs are an option - but are not as commonly used as these particular photos would suggest!
SUITABLE FOR External front entry door and internal doors (good for sound proofing).
SIZING Maximum size is 3000 x 1350mm. Door thickness is 60 - 66mm [depending on clean - sawtooth finish].
