DESCRIPTION The Tongue & Groove Door is a solid, heavy door. Because all the timbers are the full thickness of the door, it insulates well and is very secure and built using the correct timber species, this door will meet high BAL ratings for bushfire protection. With two fixed cross rails, it is more limited in size than an Insulated Clad Door.

OPTIONS It can be built with the boards running vertically or horizontally.

RECOMMENDED USES This door is not suitable for highly exposed positions as this could cause excessive expansion of the T&G boards. Like most timber doors it needs a covered porch which will protect it from the weather.

SIZING Door thickness is 40 - 46mm [depending on a Clean or Sawtooth finish]. Maximum size is 2400 x 1000mm
