DESCRIPTION
This is an elegant design using the strength of recycled Spotted Gum to allow the use of lighter section timbers while retaining plenty of strength. Removable long rails are joined to the head and foot with stub tenons for alignment and our custom hardware. The head panel features some beautiful grained recycled timber, and on this particular design the clients requested the head board be raked at a slight angle to make for a comfortable reading backrest.
Also pictured is a small innovation by Nobby the joiner- vertical-removable cover blocks to hide the hardware when in use.
OPTIONS The head board panel can be straight or at a slight rake as pictured above for a comfortable reading angle.
